Narrative:

I was working rso (amg). There was severe WX in the area causing multiple rertes and altitude changes. Air carrier X was cleared to deviate west and proceed to 52W when able. I attempted to point out the aircraft to the dbn high sector (T20). I was unable to secure a pointout in a timely fashion (after aircraft was in T20). I had to descend air carrier X to FL270 to avoid a confliction with another aircraft. I notified my supervisor of the deviation. No action has been taken by ZJX management.
