Narrative:
Approaching to land with fuel at touchdown at the far reserve amount. Advised tower that we could not go around. Should have added 'without cutting into far reserves.' ATC asked about our situation. I advised them that we had been working our dispatch.

Title: ACFT LNDG WITH ONLY RESERVE FUEL REMAINING MAY HAVE BEEN MISUNDERSTOOD BY THE TWR AND TREATED AS AN EMER WHEN THE PLT STATED HE COULD NOT GO AROUND.
Narrative: APCHING TO LAND WITH FUEL AT TOUCHDOWN AT THE FAR RESERVE AMOUNT. ADVISED TWR THAT WE COULD NOT GO AROUND. SHOULD HAVE ADDED 'WITHOUT CUTTING INTO FAR RESERVES.' ATC ASKED ABOUT OUR SIT. I ADVISED THEM THAT WE HAD BEEN WORKING OUR DISPATCH.
