Narrative:
Possible weight and balance error due to baggage not offloaded. I was given paperwork to sign stating where the baggage and freight was loaded by the ground crew. I asked them where the baggage was loaded and what containers were loaded where and what was in the forward and aft belly. I did the weight and balance from this information.

Title: A B737-200 FLC TAKES THEIR FLT WITHOUT PROPER DOCUMENTATION RELATED TO THE CORRECT WT AND BAL DATA AT ZZZ, US.
Narrative: POSSIBLE WT AND BAL ERROR DUE TO BAGGAGE NOT OFFLOADED. I WAS GIVEN PAPERWORK TO SIGN STATING WHERE THE BAGGAGE AND FREIGHT WAS LOADED BY THE GND CREW. I ASKED THEM WHERE THE BAGGAGE WAS LOADED AND WHAT CONTAINERS WERE LOADED WHERE AND WHAT WAS IN THE FORWARD AND AFT BELLY. I DID THE WT AND BAL FROM THIS INFO.
