Narrative:
I placarded APU low fuel pressure light inoperative per MEL 49-X. Technician did not issue and I did not ask for additional placard for APU inoperative. This aircraft is not ETOPS and I misread the MEL requirements. APU was placarded inoperative when arrived in mia.

Title: AN AIRBUS 300 WAS DISPATCHED IN NON COMPLIANCE WITH THE APU FUEL PRESSURE WARNING LIGHT INOP BUT NOT PLACARDED PER THE MEL REQUIREMENT.
Narrative: I PLACARDED APU LOW FUEL PRESSURE LIGHT INOP PER MEL 49-X. TECHNICIAN DID NOT ISSUE AND I DID NOT ASK FOR ADDITIONAL PLACARD FOR APU INOP. THIS ACFT IS NOT ETOPS AND I MISREAD THE MEL REQUIREMENTS. APU WAS PLACARDED INOP WHEN ARRIVED IN MIA.
