Narrative:

No conflicts occurred, but due to frequency congestion, running of checklists, and unfamiliarity with airport environment, we passed taxiway X on taxiway B while we were told to hold short of taxiway F. Contributing factors were windshear on final, unfamiliarity with airport, and aircraft in front of ours had same clearance but was to proceed and we followed to continue on taxiway B.
