Narrative:

Got a confusing crossing restr at hoggs -- unusual. ZDC told me to cross hoggs at FL180. When I queried him, he changed to hoggs at FL190, descend to FL180. Then prior to hoggs, a frequency change and new controller requested cross camrn at 11000 ft, speed up -- so I figured that canceled the previous restr. Crossed hoggs at FL225 and camrn at 11000 ft. No dialog between me and center, just a bit confusing.
