Narrative:

On dec/sun/00 I was discussing extra flying with the crew scheduler and realized I had been scheduled and flown over 30 hours in 7 days on dec/sat/00. On dec/thu/00 I was asked to fly an extra trip (2 hours 2 mins worth) on dec/fri/00. On dec/fri/00 I flew that trip, and was sleeping when crew scheduling asked me to another trip that day. I was concerned about crew rest for my trip the next day on dec/sat/00 and did not realize I would go over.
