Narrative:

Departed without an amended dispatch release after an MEL was added to the aircraft. TCASII was inoperative. Maintenance wrote up the MEL and we neglected to obtain an amended release. We were rushed for time, which was a major contributing factor.

Narrative: DEPARTED WITHOUT AN AMENDED DISPATCH RELEASE AFTER AN MEL WAS ADDED TO THE ACFT. TCASII WAS INOP. MAINT WROTE UP THE MEL AND WE NEGLECTED TO OBTAIN AN AMENDED RELEASE. WE WERE RUSHED FOR TIME, WHICH WAS A MAJOR CONTRIBUTING FACTOR.
