Narrative:

Approximately 30 seconds after takeoff clearance received (aircraft accelerating), tower canceled takeoff clearance. I advised 'unable' and tower responded by sending commuter aircraft around (I was departing runway 1R, he was landing runway 28L or runway 28R). I never saw conflict aircraft. Tower handed me off to departure with 'thanks for your help' and controller adjusted to my command by sending commuter around -- all handled safely. Rejecting takeoff for me a very big deal as autobrakes arm above 90 KTS -- violent braking. Also passenger anxiety and possible panic, brake cooling and QRH checklist to perform.
