Narrative:
Because of medical emergency we were allowed over 250 KTS below 10000 ft to expedite arrival to terminal. Flight mia-ewr. Supplemental information from acn 495584: medical emergency. Requested ATC to keep us at 10000 ft so we could keep our speed up. ATC advised us we could fly 'any' speed below 10000 ft. I think they kept us in the TCA as much as possible.

Narrative: BECAUSE OF MEDICAL EMER WE WERE ALLOWED OVER 250 KTS BELOW 10000 FT TO EXPEDITE ARR TO TERMINAL. FLT MIA-EWR. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 495584: MEDICAL EMER. REQUESTED ATC TO KEEP US AT 10000 FT SO WE COULD KEEP OUR SPD UP. ATC ADVISED US WE COULD FLY 'ANY' SPD BELOW 10000 FT. I THINK THEY KEPT US IN THE TCA AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.
