Narrative:
Had conflict with 4 F'16's. Was advised by controller, flight of 4 military aircraft VFR and non radio with controller. They had just canceled IFR and were heading towards a training area. They were in a loose formation with approximately 1 mi separation between each. We received a TCASII RA on leader and I climbed 300 ft following TCASII command. Although nothing was illegal about their actions, it should be brought to their attention this is a heavily traveled route by acrs.
