Narrative:

During approach to jfk ILS runway 13L, we were unable to tune either of our ILS receivers. Only music was heard on the selected frequency. 2 attempts were made for the approach and we were unable to continue. No other aircraft had the same problem. Diversion to alternate was made and maintenance was accomplished. A byte check found all system normal. Suspect onboard RF radio interference with aircraft, although flight attendants did not report any passenger using unapproved devices because they were seated during approach due to moderate turbulence.
