Narrative:

We were cleared for anc 2 departure (ANC2.anc) and we were taking off from runway 32 at the anc airport. The procedure calls for a left turn at 400 ft to a heading of 300 degrees. Instead, we made a series of right turns of approximately 20-30 degrees following an encounter with turbulence and spilled catering. The tower instructed us to turn left to a heading of 360 degrees and to contact departure. Contact was made with departure control and we were instructed to make another left turn. They also instructed us to review the SID because the procedure required a left, not a right, turn. We acknowledged. Supplemental information from acn 493444: we encountered wake turbulence which rolled the aircraft to the right. We momentarily recovered and then hit it again.

Title: A CPR CL60 IS ALLEGEDLY TURNED OFF COURSE BY A WAKE TURB ENCOUNTER DURING INITIAL CLBOUT OF ANC, AK.

Narrative: WE WERE CLRED FOR ANC 2 DEP (ANC2.ANC) AND WE WERE TAKING OFF FROM RWY 32 AT THE ANC ARPT. THE PROC CALLS FOR A L TURN AT 400 FT TO A HDG OF 300 DEGS. INSTEAD, WE MADE A SERIES OF R TURNS OF APPROX 20-30 DEGS FOLLOWING AN ENCOUNTER WITH TURB AND SPILLED CATERING. THE TWR INSTRUCTED US TO TURN L TO A HDG OF 360 DEGS AND TO CONTACT DEP. CONTACT WAS MADE WITH DEP CTL AND WE WERE INSTRUCTED TO MAKE ANOTHER L TURN. THEY ALSO INSTRUCTED US TO REVIEW THE SID BECAUSE THE PROC REQUIRED A L, NOT A R, TURN. WE ACKNOWLEDGED. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 493444: WE ENCOUNTERED WAKE TURB WHICH ROLLED THE ACFT TO THE R. WE MOMENTARILY RECOVERED AND THEN HIT IT AGAIN.
