Narrative:

While cruising at FL290, oil quantity on the #2 engine went to zero. Oil temperature was normal, oil pressure went to 15 psi. We shut down the engine as a precautionary measure per cockpit operating manual. We began descent and diverted to atlanta hartsfield international airport. On the descent we dumped fuel to land below maximum landing weight. An emergency was declared and ATC assisted in a descent and vectors to final. Landing was uneventful. Maintenance suspected an oil pump seal leak as the reason for oil loss.
