Narrative:

Call for taxi made at approximately XA30 for the anticipated use of runway 13R for departure. We departed the south part of the ramp on the east side of the runway complex (FBO). Instructions were: taxi via taxiway B, cleared to cross runway 13L, then taxi via taxiway C to runway 13R. As we were crossing runway 13L on taxiway B, both pilots recall the ground control to them clear us to cross runway 13R which we did. We then continued to the takeoff end of runway 13R on taxiway west. The psp tower (at the time of this writing) has questioned the idea that we were ever cleared to change our taxi path and to cross runway 13R.
