Narrative:

Aircraft xyz has problems. Company is pencil whipping the problem. #2 engine hangs on every start at 30% N2. No light off. It was written up yesterday and today. Company management signs it off with 'no defects noted, ok for service.' also, engine #1 reverser disagreement was MEL'ed yesterday. Cleared last night by maintenance. Today, on takeoff roll, warning light came on again -- aborted takeoff. Company MEL'ed it again. Air carrier maintenance is running an unsafe operation out of ZZZ. They are not fixing problems, just covering them up.
