Narrative:
Called to placard captain radio altimeter. During the process of issuing placard I inadvertently did not issue placard of TCASII inoperative as required in MEL xzx. A MEL placard was not issued due to confusion at the time of issue. Captain radio altimeter MEL reference zxy requires issuance of placard and lmp (lower minimum performance, CAT ii). I inadvertently overlooked issuance even though I had it written on my note pad. Aircraft was repaired oct/thu/00, and placards cleared.
