Narrative:

Approximately 20 mi south of dusan, received descent clearance from curacao to 7000 ft. Then cleared us to 2500 ft. That was read back by the first officer. Passing through 6000 ft, handed off to plegman approach. Reported on frequency, and passing through 5000 ft for 2500 ft, was advised that our assigned altitude was 7000 ft, and that the 2500 ft clearance was for a flight descending into aua. There was no traffic conflict. Supplemental information from acn 488090: the PF (first officer) read back to curacao 2500 ft for air carrier X.
