Narrative:

I received a letter from the FAA and it stated that on feb/xa/00 aircraft xyz had an in-flight flameout of the left engine on its way from XXX to ZZZ, flight abc, and that work that I accomplished prior to that flight might have caused the problem. On feb/xb/00 I was sent to XXX for a fuel leak on the left engine. I replaced and leak checked the gasket between the pump and heat exchanger -- all leak checks were good. I would like to report all maintenance work that I performed on this engine that might have caused any problems with this incident.
