Narrative:

On takeoff we had an electrical malfunction (bus circuit breaker opened), a confign problem (automatic slat fail), an FMS problem (speed commands not given), and numerous indication problems (flaps down on left inboard after retraction, inboard slat extension, left side), no hydraulic or oil quantity on #1 engine. Somehow we did not capture 4000 ft. We got a TA from TCASII. Departure control called us to get us to correct to 4000 ft. We corrected to 4000 ft, troubleshot to system problems, and continued with the departure. We continued to destination, sending the company an ACARS message about the malfunctions. Supplemental information from acn 486340: on departure from frankfurt (eddf) we experienced multiple problems (autoplt wouldn't engage).
