Narrative:

On landing rollout, crossed taxiway when told to hold short. On landing rollout after ILS runway 22 at elp, spoilers deployed and then retracted on first officer landing. Captain redeployed them and as control of aircraft was being xferred from first officer to captain the tower told us to hold short of taxiway east. The captain clicked his microphone to acknowledge but was too busy to reply. As we rolled out we crossed taxiway east which is the end of runway 26 on which an air carrier B737 was just getting airborne. It was an interesting version of lahso even though taxiway east is not a runway. It is another example of why controllers should not be transmitting during critical phases of flight.

Narrative: ON LNDG ROLLOUT, CROSSED TXWY WHEN TOLD TO HOLD SHORT. ON LNDG ROLLOUT AFTER ILS RWY 22 AT ELP, SPOILERS DEPLOYED AND THEN RETRACTED ON FO LNDG. CAPT REDEPLOYED THEM AND AS CTL OF ACFT WAS BEING XFERRED FROM FO TO CAPT THE TWR TOLD US TO HOLD SHORT OF TXWY E. THE CAPT CLICKED HIS MIKE TO ACKNOWLEDGE BUT WAS TOO BUSY TO REPLY. AS WE ROLLED OUT WE CROSSED TXWY E WHICH IS THE END OF RWY 26 ON WHICH AN ACR B737 WAS JUST GETTING AIRBORNE. IT WAS AN INTERESTING VERSION OF LAHSO EVEN THOUGH TXWY E IS NOT A RWY.
