Narrative:
ATC advised us to climb and maintain 6000 ft. Autoplt was engaged, however did not capture altitude. Our aircraft reached 6400 ft and we immediately descended to 6000 ft.

Narrative: ATC ADVISED US TO CLB AND MAINTAIN 6000 FT. AUTOPLT WAS ENGAGED, HOWEVER DID NOT CAPTURE ALT. OUR ACFT REACHED 6400 FT AND WE IMMEDIATELY DSNDED TO 6000 FT.
