Narrative:

During the FMS bridge visual approach to runway 28R, from samul to fix F101D we received an RA to descend. An air carrier B737 also received an RA and made a go around. We were at 155 KTS and the air carrier was faster. We had visual on him as he moved from our 7-8 O'clock position to 9 O'clock position. We descended and landed normally. At fix 101D we intercepted the localizer and tracked inbound.
