Narrative:

On sep/xa/00 I worked a service check on aircraft. The aircraft arrived in the hangar at XA40. It also had both horizontal stabilizer leading edges that need to be removed and repaired. I found the #4 tire and brake to be worn. I removed and replaced the #4 tire and brake in accordance with maintenance manual. I went to the cockpit, turned on hydraulic and pumped the brakes several times. No leak detected. To the best of my knowledge, the quick disconnect was connected. Upon arrival to XXX, the #4 quick disconnect was found disconnected.
