Narrative:

Turned wrong direction after takeoff. Departing runway 15L at iah, tower cleared us for takeoff and told us to turn right to a heading of 360 degrees. We turned left, shortest way to 360 degrees. We realized our error instantly -- so did iah tower. They told us to just keep going left. There were no other aircraft in the vicinity. Error occurred on last leg of 12+ hour duty period.

Narrative: TURNED WRONG DIRECTION AFTER TKOF. DEPARTING RWY 15L AT IAH, TWR CLRED US FOR TKOF AND TOLD US TO TURN R TO A HDG OF 360 DEGS. WE TURNED L, SHORTEST WAY TO 360 DEGS. WE REALIZED OUR ERROR INSTANTLY -- SO DID IAH TWR. THEY TOLD US TO JUST KEEP GOING L. THERE WERE NO OTHER ACFT IN THE VICINITY. ERROR OCCURRED ON LAST LEG OF 12+ HR DUTY PERIOD.
