Narrative:

At approximately 80-90 KTS, the forward entry door light illuminated. We rejected the takeoff and advised the tower of the reject. We then told the crew and passenger to remain seated. We performed the rejected takeoff checklist, reset the door and took off with no further problems. The only thing we should have done is to write the door up in the maintenance logbook to establish a history.
