Narrative:

We received taxi instructions to follow air carrier Z, txwys B, J, west to runway 4L, an rj was instructed to get between us. The rj turned off at A10. We were told to close up on air carrier Z and switch to tower. We sped up slightly to close distance on air carrier Z. As we approached A7 we noticed an air carrier Y B737 exiting their ramp area. The B737 proceeded to cross our nose at taxiway B and A7. We had to come to a rather abrupt halt. I tried to call the air carrier Y B737 to find out who had right of way but it was on a different frequency. Air carrier Y continued on A7 and turned right on taxiway T. I turned radio #2 to ord ground 121.75 and requested a discrete frequency to discuss this problem. Was told to go to 118.45. Told ground controller there that air carrier Y had cut in front of us at A7 and that we were on different frequencys. He stated that he would pull both his ground controllers aside to talk to them.
