Narrative:

We were cleared for takeoff on runway 26L. Past V1, at about vr we noticed lights that appeared to be an aircraft crossing our runway at the departure end, but the lights blended in with other ground lights from the airport and city. Once airborne, we could positively identify an aircraft that had been crossing our runway while we were on departure roll. Because he was being controled on another frequency (probably 119.5), neither of us had an opportunity to catch the controller's oversight.

Title: FLC OF A B757 OBSERVED ANOTHER ACFT TAXI ACROSS THE DEP END OF THE RWY ON WHICH THEY WERE PERFORMING A TKOF ROLL.

Narrative: WE WERE CLRED FOR TKOF ON RWY 26L. PAST V1, AT ABOUT VR WE NOTICED LIGHTS THAT APPEARED TO BE AN ACFT XING OUR RWY AT THE DEP END, BUT THE LIGHTS BLENDED IN WITH OTHER GND LIGHTS FROM THE ARPT AND CITY. ONCE AIRBORNE, WE COULD POSITIVELY IDENT AN ACFT THAT HAD BEEN XING OUR RWY WHILE WE WERE ON DEP ROLL. BECAUSE HE WAS BEING CTLED ON ANOTHER FREQ (PROBABLY 119.5), NEITHER OF US HAD AN OPPORTUNITY TO CATCH THE CTLR'S OVERSIGHT.
