Narrative:

Air carrier job card (x-wzxx) calls for machinist to enter amount of flame spray material required to make part svcable during finish machining of various diameters and surfaces at operation xyz. I believe that this function should be accomplished by either a qualified inspector, or an engineer, or a flame spray technician, not the machinist. Brought problem to attention of supervisor and engineer.
