Narrative:

We boarded passenger and called for taxi on 118.3 which is the wrong frequency for tower at isp. We were given taxi clearance and started to taxi. We didn't realize we were on the wrong frequency until half way to the runway. Once we did, we stopped and called tower. We didn't have clearance to taxi at isp. No runway actives were crossed.
