Narrative:
A flight attendant opened the cockpit door without calling the flight deck. She opened the door with her personal cockpit key. We have many flight attendants. There are already 2 cockpit keys on the airplane. Most flight attendants wear their keys where a disgruntled passenger can grab it. Or another relation can duplicate it. I don't understand why all of our flight attendants have cockpit keys. I believe this is a safety item that should be addressed.
