Narrative:

Medical divert to bda. About 1 hour into the flight, we received a call from a flight attendant in the aft cabin. She stated that a passenger was having a seizure and was being attended to by a nurse and a paramedic who were on board passenger. After a short while, they informed me that the passenger was ok to continue the flight to sju. I let them know where we were and what the divert times would be. As we reached nutre intersection, the passenger had another seizure. We immediately diverted to bda. I declared an emergency on 121.5 and squawked 7700 advising I was in a left turn over nutre intersection at FL370 and diverting to bda. We advised ATC through new york commercial radio, followed by a phone patch to ZNY and dispatch. Divert was ok with no problem getting into bda. Entire flight crew should be commended for a job well done. Passenger was removed in bda via ambulance and was semi coherent.
