Narrative:

At green bay airport there are a number of txwys closed due to construction. I received taxi instructions to runway 6 by intxns D2-dj hold short runway 36. The ground controller did not mention taxiway a which connects taxiway D and taxiway J. I thought taxiway D would be on the other side of runway 6. After pulling onto D2 I did not see the taxiway D which was an immediate right turn after D2. When I reached runway 6 I noticed no taxiway on the other side and made an immediate right turn onto taxiway a. An air carrier Y, SF340, was on the runway and was turning on as I pulled off of runway 6. Factors were the construction, unfamiliarity with taxi route, and controller not mentioning full taxi route.
