Narrative:

I was notified by the main cabin flight attendants that a female passenger had been 'irrational' during their service and would not remain seated. After speaking with the individual, she still did not comprehend that she was interfering with crew duties. I tried to explain that she needed to remain calm and remain seated. She complained that there were children disturbing her and that the flight attendants would not serve her any alcohol. She had a few bottles of wine, and the crew decided to no longer serve her alcohol. She was very irrational and complained she had been harassed by agents (ticket) in london, as well as being assaulted in london and robbed, raped, etc. I told her she no longer could have alcohol and must remain seated for the duration of the flight. She calmed down briefly, however, the captain and the purser decided that the flight should be met, because of her 'irrational behavior' and that she was to continue on our airline to las vegas, and the next crew should not have to deal with her behavior. Customs and police met the flight in los angeles and removed passenger before all others could deplane. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated that the woman was probably not telling the truth about the traumatic events that supposedly happened to her in london. She seemed to be generally angry about the children and the flight attendants. She was such a loud nuisance that the crew reseated the woman sitting next to her, who complained of being a little afraid of the woman. Before the reporter went through customs, he saw the police and the woman were arguing, but doesn't know the outcome.

Title: CABIN ATTENDANT RPT, B777, LHR-LAX. FEMALE PAX BECAME IRRATIONAL AFTER DRINKING WINE, INTERFERED WITH CREW DUTIES, COMPLAINED ABOUT CHILDREN, SECURITY ON GND AND CABIN ATTENDANT FOR NOT SERVING MORE WINE. POLICE MET FLT.

Narrative: I WAS NOTIFIED BY THE MAIN CABIN FLT ATTENDANTS THAT A FEMALE PAX HAD BEEN 'IRRATIONAL' DURING THEIR SVC AND WOULD NOT REMAIN SEATED. AFTER SPEAKING WITH THE INDIVIDUAL, SHE STILL DID NOT COMPREHEND THAT SHE WAS INTERFERING WITH CREW DUTIES. I TRIED TO EXPLAIN THAT SHE NEEDED TO REMAIN CALM AND REMAIN SEATED. SHE COMPLAINED THAT THERE WERE CHILDREN DISTURBING HER AND THAT THE FLT ATTENDANTS WOULD NOT SERVE HER ANY ALCOHOL. I TOLD HER SHE NO LONGER COULD HAVE ALCOHOL AND MUST REMAIN SEATED FOR THE DURATION OF THE FLT. SHE CALMED DOWN BRIEFLY, HOWEVER, THE CAPT AND THE PURSER DECIDED THAT THE FLT SHOULD BE MET, BECAUSE OF HER 'IRRATIONAL BEHAVIOR' AND THAT SHE WAS TO CONTINUE ON OUR AIRLINE TO LAS VEGAS, AND THE NEXT CREW SHOULD NOT HAVE TO DEAL WITH HER BEHAVIOR. CUSTOMS AND POLICE MET THE FLT IN LOS ANGELES AND REMOVED PAX BEFORE ALL OTHERS COULD DEPLANE. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE RPTR STATED THAT THE WOMAN WAS PROBABLY NOT TELLING THE TRUTH ABOUT THE TRAUMATIC EVENTS THAT SUPPOSEDLY HAPPENED TO HER IN LONDON. SHE SEEMED TO BE GENERALLY ANGRY ABOUT THE CHILDREN AND THE FLT ATTENDANTS. SHE WAS SUCH A LOUD NUISANCE THAT THE CREW RESEATED THE WOMAN SITTING NEXT TO HER, WHO COMPLAINED OF BEING A LITTLE AFRAID OF THE WOMAN. BEFORE THE RPTR WENT THROUGH CUSTOMS, HE SAW THE POLICE AND THE WOMAN WERE ARGUING, BUT DOESN'T KNOW THE OUTCOME.
