Narrative:

Passenger was agitated with the #3 flight attendant because she wanted him to put her large bag in the overhead bin and he explained that he cannot lift her bag for her. After takeoff, she was demanding to know why she didn't get a choice of meal, why she didn't get coffee and was being loud, constantly arguing with me and being very disruptive, making the first class passenger uneasy. I notified the captain of her continued misbehavior. I finally told her that she was interfering with my flight attendant duties and that I would notify the FAA and report her to the pilots. I told her if she wanted to remain in first class, she had better start acting like it. Then she kept getting up, went to the back and asked for a supervisor. She kept getting up and at one point (since she was one of our last passenger to board the flight, even though she sat in first class) she had her bag in the first row overhead bin in coach. She was taking something out of the bag which we were unable to make out. After a while, she then woke up a first class passenger to ask for help with her ticket. That passenger was one of my witnesses to her behavior. That passenger was seated directly behind her, and said she smelled alcohol on her breath. I did not serve her any alcohol whatsoever. It is possible that she had been going into the lavatories at various times to drink. Also, as I gave the pilots a description of this woman, they told me that she seemed to be having problems at security at logan. I had noticed her reading some 'tsa notice' and she was threatening me with notifying my supervisor, so I collected eye witness accounts of this woman's bazaar behavior. The level one disturbance was met by the dfw police and a passenger. She became emotionally upset when being questioned by the dfw police and was going to be searched by them before being allowed on her next flight to las.

Title: AN IRRATIONAL, ALLEGEDLY DRINKING, PAX IS MET BY PAX SVC REPRESENTATIVE AND SECURITY AFTER DISTURBING THE FLT ATTENDANTS AND OTHER PAX ON A FLT TO DFW, TX.

Narrative: PAX WAS AGITATED WITH THE #3 FLT ATTENDANT BECAUSE SHE WANTED HIM TO PUT HER LARGE BAG IN THE OVERHEAD BIN AND HE EXPLAINED THAT HE CANNOT LIFT HER BAG FOR HER. AFTER TKOF, SHE WAS DEMANDING TO KNOW WHY SHE DIDN'T GET A CHOICE OF MEAL, WHY SHE DIDN'T GET COFFEE AND WAS BEING LOUD, CONSTANTLY ARGUING WITH ME AND BEING VERY DISRUPTIVE, MAKING THE FIRST CLASS PAX UNEASY. I NOTIFIED THE CAPT OF HER CONTINUED MISBEHAVIOR. I FINALLY TOLD HER THAT SHE WAS INTERFERING WITH MY FLT ATTENDANT DUTIES AND THAT I WOULD NOTIFY THE FAA AND RPT HER TO THE PLTS. I TOLD HER IF SHE WANTED TO REMAIN IN FIRST CLASS, SHE HAD BETTER START ACTING LIKE IT. THEN SHE KEPT GETTING UP, WENT TO THE BACK AND ASKED FOR A SUPVR. SHE KEPT GETTING UP AND AT ONE POINT (SINCE SHE WAS ONE OF OUR LAST PAX TO BOARD THE FLT, EVEN THOUGH SHE SAT IN FIRST CLASS) SHE HAD HER BAG IN THE FIRST ROW OVERHEAD BIN IN COACH. SHE WAS TAKING SOMETHING OUT OF THE BAG WHICH WE WERE UNABLE TO MAKE OUT. AFTER A WHILE, SHE THEN WOKE UP A FIRST CLASS PAX TO ASK FOR HELP WITH HER TICKET. THAT PAX WAS ONE OF MY WITNESSES TO HER BEHAVIOR. THAT PAX WAS SEATED DIRECTLY BEHIND HER, AND SAID SHE SMELLED ALCOHOL ON HER BREATH. I DID NOT SERVE HER ANY ALCOHOL WHATSOEVER. IT IS POSSIBLE THAT SHE HAD BEEN GOING INTO THE LAVATORIES AT VARIOUS TIMES TO DRINK. ALSO, AS I GAVE THE PLTS A DESCRIPTION OF THIS WOMAN, THEY TOLD ME THAT SHE SEEMED TO BE HAVING PROBS AT SECURITY AT LOGAN. I HAD NOTICED HER READING SOME 'TSA NOTICE' AND SHE WAS THREATENING ME WITH NOTIFYING MY SUPVR, SO I COLLECTED EYE WITNESS ACCOUNTS OF THIS WOMAN'S BAZAAR BEHAVIOR. THE LEVEL ONE DISTURBANCE WAS MET BY THE DFW POLICE AND A PAX. SHE BECAME EMOTIONALLY UPSET WHEN BEING QUESTIONED BY THE DFW POLICE AND WAS GOING TO BE SEARCHED BY THEM BEFORE BEING ALLOWED ON HER NEXT FLT TO LAS.
