Narrative:

A passenger in seat X was verbally abusive towards the 2 flight attendants working first class, causing a disruption in that cabin. The passenger was intoxicated. We found out later that the passenger was originally on 2 different airlines (top tier flyer) and was rerted on us due to delays and cancellations and was booked in first class. Ban this woman from flying forever! Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated that he wasn't directly involved in the incident, but did observe a lot of it. The woman sitting next to the intoxicated woman said that the woman had been drinking at the bar near the gate and was very loud and obnoxious. She became upset with the flight attendants on boarding, when she was served liquor in first class and tried to bring a beer to her raveling companion in the last row of coach. The flight attendant told her she couldn't do that on the ground and turned her around to go back to first class. After yelling at the lead flight attendant and totally disrupting first class, the lead conferred with the captain. He came back and told her to immediately desist her behavior or she would be in a lot of trouble. The woman, then, didn't want to be served anything by the flight attendants, and she curled up into a fetal position in her seat and covered herself with a blanket. She was handed a disturbance form upon exiting the aircraft and laughed it off.
