Narrative:

A passenger was verbally assaulting a flight attendant. He used obscene language and threats to go to the company. He was irrational and had threatening behavior. The agent assisted, then the agent was also treated threateningly. The first officer also came out to assist and resulted in being verbally attacked on jetbridge and gate area. The passenger acted strange with a nasal problem during the flight. He was drinking vodka. A flight attendant saw white powder on the lavatory counter after the passenger used it. The passenger sat in coach during the flight and came back to seat. After landing gear went down, he dropped his bag in aisle. Flight attendant told him to put it in the overhead bin. He got defensive and said he was putting it under his seat. Flight attendant #1 said 'ok, ok,' then went back to her jump seat. Immediately after the seatbelt sign went off he was up and the first in line to deplane. Then he was right in my face with insults and accusations. Other passenger assisted the flight attendant and agent. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated the man was a first class passenger and ate his meal up there. He then went back to coach, because it was fairly empty and went to sleep across 3 seats. He had asked one of the aft flight attendants to wake him up before landing, because he wanted to go back to his seat in first class. The flight attendant woke him up before landing and told him that it was now time for him to go back to his first class seat. He then took out his cell phone and was talking on it, when she came back and told him -- twice more -- that he had to put the phone away and go back to first class, or land in that seat. He went back after the landing gear lowered and all the flight attendants were strapped in. It was this confrontation with the bag in the aisle in first class that was the catalyst for his subsequent bizarre behavior on the jetbridge. The violent behavior occurred when he had just stepped out on the jetbridge. The man came very close to punching the agent and then the reporter, when 3 of her passenger from first class stepped between him and her. The man escaped before security arrived, so the agent and the first officer followed him through the terminal to where the limos line up. He jumped in a limo, so they were able to tell the police which limo it was. The police stopped all the limos at the airport, but the man wasn't in any of them.

Title: CABIN ATTENDANT RPT, B727-200, IAH-MIA. FIRST CLASS PAX VERBALLY ASSAULTED LEAD CABIN ATTENDANT AND AGENT ON JETBRIDGE, RESTRAINED BY OTHER PAX FROM HITTING CABIN ATTENDANT. CARRY-ON BAG ISSUE.

Narrative: A PAX WAS VERBALLY ASSAULTING A FLT ATTENDANT. HE USED OBSCENE LANGUAGE AND THREATS TO GO TO THE COMPANY. HE WAS IRRATIONAL AND HAD THREATENING BEHAVIOR. THE AGENT ASSISTED, THEN THE AGENT WAS ALSO TREATED THREATENINGLY. THE FO ALSO CAME OUT TO ASSIST AND RESULTED IN BEING VERBALLY ATTACKED ON JETBRIDGE AND GATE AREA. THE PAX ACTED STRANGE WITH A NASAL PROB DURING THE FLT. HE WAS DRINKING VODKA. A FLT ATTENDANT SAW WHITE POWDER ON THE LAVATORY COUNTER AFTER THE PAX USED IT. THE PAX SAT IN COACH DURING THE FLT AND CAME BACK TO SEAT. AFTER LNDG GEAR WENT DOWN, HE DROPPED HIS BAG IN AISLE. FLT ATTENDANT TOLD HIM TO PUT IT IN THE OVERHEAD BIN. HE GOT DEFENSIVE AND SAID HE WAS PUTTING IT UNDER HIS SEAT. FLT ATTENDANT #1 SAID 'OK, OK,' THEN WENT BACK TO HER JUMP SEAT. IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE SEATBELT SIGN WENT OFF HE WAS UP AND THE FIRST IN LINE TO DEPLANE. THEN HE WAS RIGHT IN MY FACE WITH INSULTS AND ACCUSATIONS. OTHER PAX ASSISTED THE FLT ATTENDANT AND AGENT. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE RPTR STATED THE MAN WAS A FIRST CLASS PAX AND ATE HIS MEAL UP THERE. HE THEN WENT BACK TO COACH, BECAUSE IT WAS FAIRLY EMPTY AND WENT TO SLEEP ACROSS 3 SEATS. HE HAD ASKED ONE OF THE AFT FLT ATTENDANTS TO WAKE HIM UP BEFORE LNDG, BECAUSE HE WANTED TO GO BACK TO HIS SEAT IN FIRST CLASS. THE FLT ATTENDANT WOKE HIM UP BEFORE LNDG AND TOLD HIM THAT IT WAS NOW TIME FOR HIM TO GO BACK TO HIS FIRST CLASS SEAT. HE THEN TOOK OUT HIS CELL PHONE AND WAS TALKING ON IT, WHEN SHE CAME BACK AND TOLD HIM -- TWICE MORE -- THAT HE HAD TO PUT THE PHONE AWAY AND GO BACK TO FIRST CLASS, OR LAND IN THAT SEAT. HE WENT BACK AFTER THE LNDG GEAR LOWERED AND ALL THE FLT ATTENDANTS WERE STRAPPED IN. THE MAN CAME VERY CLOSE TO PUNCHING THE AGENT AND THEN THE RPTR, WHEN 3 OF HER PAX FROM FIRST CLASS STEPPED BTWN HIM AND HER. THE MAN ESCAPED BEFORE SECURITY ARRIVED, SO THE AGENT AND THE FO FOLLOWED HIM THROUGH THE TERMINAL TO WHERE THE LIMOS LINE UP. HE JUMPED IN A LIMO, SO THEY WERE ABLE TO TELL THE POLICE WHICH LIMO IT WAS. THE POLICE STOPPED ALL THE LIMOS AT THE ARPT, BUT THE MAN WASN'T IN ANY OF THEM.
