Narrative:

Passenger X was verbally abusive to flight attendant's #2 and #3. I went and told the purser. Throughout the flight passenger was a total jerk, repeated expletives to everyone on the crew. During preparation for landing I advised him to remain seated until all others had deplaned, he did not, he tried to deplane. Passenger service agent tried to talk to him at which point he became verbally abusive again, then attacking agent. At this point he was restrained until police arrived. The time while we waited he threatened all involved with physical violence and death. He was totally dangerous and should be imprisoned, never to be allowed on our aircraft again.

Title: CABIN ATTENDANT RPT REGARDING AN OBNOXIOUS, ABUSIVE PAX. AGENT WAS CALLED TO MEET THE ACFT AND PAX ATTACKED AGENT. HE WAS RESTRAINED UNTIL POLICE ARRIVED.

Narrative: PAX X WAS VERBALLY ABUSIVE TO FLT ATTENDANT'S #2 AND #3. I WENT AND TOLD THE PURSER. THROUGHOUT THE FLT PAX WAS A TOTAL JERK, REPEATED EXPLETIVES TO EVERYONE ON THE CREW. DURING PREPARATION FOR LNDG I ADVISED HIM TO REMAIN SEATED UNTIL ALL OTHERS HAD DEPLANED, HE DID NOT, HE TRIED TO DEPLANE. PAX SVC AGENT TRIED TO TALK TO HIM AT WHICH POINT HE BECAME VERBALLY ABUSIVE AGAIN, THEN ATTACKING AGENT. AT THIS POINT HE WAS RESTRAINED UNTIL POLICE ARRIVED. THE TIME WHILE WE WAITED HE THREATENED ALL INVOLVED WITH PHYSICAL VIOLENCE AND DEATH. HE WAS TOTALLY DANGEROUS AND SHOULD BE IMPRISONED, NEVER TO BE ALLOWED ON OUR ACFT AGAIN.
