Narrative:
Departed pae airport at XA00. Cruise climb towards snoqualmie pass VFR route, destination moses lake/grant county airport. During climb out, was distraction with right front elderly passenger who could not get her headset to fit/work properly. A short time later, well east of sea class B airspace, I realized I climbed through the northeast corner of the 100/50 class B ring near woodinville, without contacting ATC. This occurred after 3 very hot days/nights, and I had little or no sleep preceding the flight.
