Narrative:

As I was setting up beverage cart for the aisle flight attendants, the airplane jolted to the right, throwing me off balance. I heard no noise. Flight attendant #1 came back to business class and said the pilots believe it to be a rudder problem and we'll probably go back to lhr. We were told not to do the emergency PA, but be prepared to evacuate/evacuation in the event the captain said 'easy victor' over the PA. On the way back to lhr, airplane movement caused me to feel light-headed, and on landing I felt several unusual jolts of the airplane. We landed safely and no evacuate/evacuation was necessary. The airplane was taken OTS.
