Narrative:

My first officer forgot to raise the flaps after landing. An FAA inspector at the gate noticed. My first officer was brand new, just finished IOE. I am very concerned with the inexperience of new hires. They constantly make mistakes, and are not watching me to make sure I do not make any mistakes. It is like flying single pilot. New first officer's cannot be relied on or trusted. The experience level of the new hires is scary. Only 1000 hours total time and 100 hours multi is not enough.
