During an investigation into some high pressure compressor rear shafts that were damaged during a repair process, it was revealed to me that there is a possibility that engines were produced from ZZZ engine shop with this condition: forward face of stage 4 disc web diaphragm 13 impacted by blast media.

Narrative: DURING AN INVESTIGATION INTO SOME HIGH PRESSURE COMPRESSOR REAR SHAFTS THAT WERE DAMAGED DURING A REPAIR PROCESS, IT WAS REVEALED TO ME THAT THERE IS A POSSIBILITY THAT ENGS WERE PRODUCED FROM ZZZ ENG SHOP WITH THIS CONDITION: FORWARD FACE OF STAGE 4 DISC WEB DIAPHRAGM 13 IMPACTED BY BLAST MEDIA.
