Narrative:
Flew an uneventful leg from pbi direct atl passing the orlando area with thunderstorms in the area. A month later, was informed flight was under investigation for loss of separation due to clearance non compliance. I do not recall any confusion with our clearance with both the crew and ATC. At no time did ZJX have a problem with us.

Narrative: FLEW AN UNEVENTFUL LEG FROM PBI DIRECT ATL PASSING THE ORLANDO AREA WITH TSTMS IN THE AREA. A MONTH LATER, WAS INFORMED FLT WAS UNDER INVESTIGATION FOR LOSS OF SEPARATION DUE TO CLRNC NON COMPLIANCE. I DO NOT RECALL ANY CONFUSION WITH OUR CLRNC WITH BOTH THE CREW AND ATC. AT NO TIME DID ZJX HAVE A PROB WITH US.
