Narrative:

The FAA is investigating an alleged infraction of aircraft separation criteria involving my aircraft with another air carrier. During climb out, I was given a vector to avoid inbound traffic to bna. I was given a vector to the right to maintain separation. I followed the controller's instructions and my flight proceeded normally. There were no TCASII warnings nor alerts and there were no controller warnings issued. I thought all was well and we proceeded from bna to phx without incident. Supplemental information from acn 360449: I don't have more detailed information on this possible conflict because to my knowledge there was no conflict.
