Visual approach to runway 15L at iah. Approximately 3 mi from touchdown switched to tower. Unable to contact tower. Visual conditions, runway clear, elected to continue and land without being able to contact tower. Contacted ground and let them know had a problem contacting tower. Taxied to parking.
