Narrative:

On may/sun/00, around XA00 pm, I went flying with a friend in a cessna 152 from tamiami airport, fl. We took off heading west to do some maneuvers. We spent around 20-30 mins west of the tamiami airport. We went south. We had this video camera and my friend wanted to film the zone which he found very pretty. After that we went back west of tamiami airport and we stayed there for another 10-15 mins and after that we landed at the same airport. After the landing and we closed the airplane, a policeman from dade county came to me asking for my license number and my medical certificate. He told me that my aircraft was flying too low. I have been flying for 24 yrs and I have never been involved in a violation and I did not go below 1000 ft as he says.
