Narrative:

Inbound to zip NDB we were cleared to maintain present heading and descent from 16000 ft to 15000 ft. At approximately 15500 ft received TA. We stopped descent then got RA, climbed through 16200 ft (approximately) before leveling off. We were IMC, never saw other aircraft. Suspect the aircraft was an F27 -- slow moving. Continued flight to bogota uneventfully. All communications with center, except ours, were in spanish.
