Narrative:

Windshear on touchdown runway 19R las, rock and sand damage to aircraft. Windshields broke, leading edges, pitted, paint pitting. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the PIC stated that the brand new aircraft was on its way to pick up the new owner and had a planned fuel stop at las. WX forecast was favorable. The wind seemed to come out of nowhere with visibility reduced to 'zero,' going IMC on the ground. Reporter said he had never seen anything like it. 6 cpr aircraft on the ramp had to have their engines cleaned out from the debris that had been created by this 'thing' that may have been a dust devil. The outer panels of the cockpit windows were broken, enabling a ferry to ict for a 3 day repair schedule for aircraft restoration. Callback conversation with the first officer on acn 473671 revealed the following information: the first officer stated that on landing the aircraft was pushed to the right of the runway, but not off of it. The windshear effect was later estimated by ATC to be in the range of 80-100 KTS. The only clue the first officer had seen was some dust blowing just prior to the windshear encounter and just as the aircraft touched down. First officer said it was like a 'micro burst.' reported winds were from the east at 18 KTS with gust to 24 KTS. The engines of the aircraft were not affected as they were still at idle and in forward thrust.

Title: A LNDG C560 XL IS DAMAGED AFTER IT ENCOUNTERS A DUST DEVIL OR SIMILAR SEVERE WIND CONDITION ON TOUCHDOWN ON RWY 19R AT LAS, NV.

Narrative: WINDSHEAR ON TOUCHDOWN RWY 19R LAS, ROCK AND SAND DAMAGE TO ACFT. WINDSHIELDS BROKE, LEADING EDGES, PITTED, PAINT PITTING. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE PIC STATED THAT THE BRAND NEW ACFT WAS ON ITS WAY TO PICK UP THE NEW OWNER AND HAD A PLANNED FUEL STOP AT LAS.
