Narrative:

While departing teterboro airport to white plains airport, our aircraft climbed on runway heading to 3000 ft. Departure control informed us that we were to be at 1500 ft. After reviewing SID, it was concluded that 1500 ft was proper altitude to maintain. Problem was that clearance was given to maintain 3000 ft, depart runway 24. SID states, climb and maintain 1500 ft. PIC did not review SID with first officer. First officer experience level was low. In the future, will question conflicting clrncs. Also, perform better takeoff briefing with first officer.
