Narrative:
On several occasions we (cmh tower) have tried to get either aircraft X or aircraft Y to change their call signs. They both have the same one and they both arrive cmh at the same time. Today I instructed aircraft X to turn right heading 180 degrees and aircraft Y took his heading. This could have created a serious situation.
